Smart Home Builders is the private-residential wing of SECCO — Smart Engineering & Contractors Company. We were created to bring the same engineering discipline SECCO has applied on infrastructure projects across Somalia and the region to the people who need it most personally: private landlords building rental property, families building their own homes, and real estate developers building the next generation of housing in Mogadishu and beyond.
Every project is engineered, supervised and quality-checked under the same management approach SECCO uses on its institutional works — a level of technical rigour that is uncommon in Somalia’s private residential market.
